Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We use Quick Books as the Accounting software for our small business, which recently transitioned from an LLC to an S-Corp. As part of this we needed to run a much more sophisticated payroll system, as we have now begun to add employees. RUN provides a simple way to handle the payroll and ensure we are in compliance.
- Personalized service - a real person to email and call
- Simple interface to manage the payroll
- Simple back-end to ensure that everything is recorded correctly in our Quick Books.
- We had trouble getting withholding set-up properly for an out-of-state employee. ADP experts did not seem to have the depth of knowledge to know the legal requirements and how to set-up this correctly.
- Too early to tell, but I know I'm saving more in my time than I'm paying ADP monthly.
