Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a startup company and we use ADP so we do not have to worry about Payroll.

Pros and Cons

Payroll is run on time.
Reports are easy to read and find.
Support is readily available.

I like to be able to contact a support person.
The ticketing for help tool is good but doesn't notify you when action is taken.

Return on Investment

It takes an important task and does it completely and efficiently.
Saves time for me to do other things.
Assures me that things are PR and Taxes are being paid on time.

Employee Self-Service

My employee can access his records and not have to wait on me.

I've only been a customer for a couple of months, but our setup was easy, quick and timely. We are a very small company and it is great to have the assurance that PR is being done and I don't worry about it.
