Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

HR Capabilities

The ability to track and change employee address and direct deposit data was easy with RUN Powered by ADP. Reminders that there was additional data requested by the RUN system to complete profiles was beneficial to completing profiles and maintain compliance. The ability to schedule training for employees was beneficial as workplace trends and requirements change.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RUN Powered by ADP has been a God Send for my payroll processing and guidance on HR issues. As opposed to other payroll systems inthe past, ADP never made mistakes on withholding, taxes and helping my fulfill records and direct deposit for employees. I highly recommend RUN Powered by ADP.

Withholding always correct
Quarterly taxes processed correctly and on time
No need for fines and interest due to incorrect withh9lding, like other systems

Difficult to find fault with ADP

Return on Investment

I tried QB Assisted Payroll and had problems with withholding amounts, never with RUN Powered by ADP
There is comfort being able to retrieve and customize payroll reports
ADP made it convenient to retrieve data for employee requests

Employee Self-Service

While this is a benefit for employers and employees, some employees don't choose to use this feature. Employees often wish to have their requests completed by the employer. It's particularly convenient to give them their password and a link to how to log in to fulfill their own demands and requests.

RUN ADP Mobile App

I was able to run payrolls off my cell phone, which is convenient in times of shortages of bodies to fill positions.

Alternatives Considered

Using QuickBooks Assisted Payroll resulted in errors in withholding and processing deficiencies. RUN Powered by ADP was accurate and prompted me to file on time, accurately.

When ever I had an issue or had difficulty how to proceed on an HR issue, I was able to call a representative and get guidance. The was very refreshing and helpful. Phone support is invaluable running a business rather than spending an hour or two trying to look at various click downs and self help on the internet to correct or answer a problem. Running a business doesn't allow for spending hours looking at various solutions that mayor maynot work. Calling a professional with RUN Powered by ADP saves time and effort.
