  • Generate W2
  • Help desk expertise varies greatly. The last person had chicken clucking in the background
  • Time and Attendance is okay but at least once a pay period employees have issues
  • Wait time for help is awful
  • Again, getting a definitive answer to make an edit or change on an issue not routinely done is a hit or miss with the support staff. This wastes my time
  • I have received incorrect information and made edits and changes resulting a later correction to employee persona time and sick time resulting in the organization paying out extra sick time
