Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We implemented Sage Intacct February of 2018. We use it for our single store natural grocery. We purchased Intacct because we are expanding to 2 stores and it offered better reporting capabilities for multiple locations under the same entity than QuickBooks, which we were using prior to conversion.
  • Report Builder - build reports quickly and easily to show as much or as little information as needed
  • Statistical Data - use statistical data alongside financial data
  • Intuitive Design
  • Statistical data does not relate to financial data by department easily.
  • Customer Service could be more proactive.
  • It is a big investment that should pay off when we open the second store.
We have not benefited from this, yet.
I have not used any of these.
Customer service support could have been better during our integration / go-live preparations.
Users of Sage Intacct should have more than a basic understanding of accounting. Not appropriate for a smaller operation whose accounting department is focused on other things.
