Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for general ledger and financial reporting. We have added fixed assets and prepaid modules. We are looking to add planning and payroll. Intacct has increased our reporting capabilities tremendously. It has also streamlined our monthly close. Fixed assets has not been an easy module to implement and is clunky to work with.
- Ease of entering data.
- Ease of reporting data.
- Efficient user controls.
- Audits are easier.
- Fixed Assets - interface is difficult to use.
- Automated entry of invoices into purchasing would be helpful.
- Prepaid module is also clunky, often have a few line items that don’t post and reconciling this is time consuming.
- Fewer employees needed.
- Quicker close.
- Ease of reporting.
- Approvals in system.
We have benefited from general ledger by being able to consolidate multiple companies in Intacct and not many last in excel any longer.
