Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use Sage Intacct to submit Purchasing requests. if the request is denied then I have to come back and edit the requisition in order to be resubmitted and send over to the correct person in the chain of command. some of the issues will be the Page timing out before you can submit the request. other times it does not allow the attachment to load.

when I first gained access to the account, I was able to navigate the page easily by myself, but I did have a hard time figuring out certain tabs. I feel there should be a cheat sheet on all of the tabs provided. it will be very beneficial for account users.

When submitting the requisition, I like that you are able to use pre-saved information available for you to use. But what I don't like is when I get busy and work on something else like taking a phone call and when i come back the page froze and i have to start all over again.
