Salesforce is used by many groups including sales, marketing, sales operations, accounting and customer relationship managers to track sales opportunities across the sales cycle and then for account management for our customers. It is also used as our primary reporting tool in sales and marketing.
- Integrates very well with our marketing automation tool, Marketo.
- Customization of our process
- Reporting/Dashboards
- Training for cross-functional teams.
- If process is not established at the organization level then information is easily mucked up.
- Better visibility into the pipeline
- improved sales to marketing process
SFDC is FAR BETTER than Microsoft Dynamics. But also, MS was free. So I get what you pay for.
