Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

Excelerated S2P is one of SAP Ariba's key partners in the implementation of this technology. We, therefore, implement this technology for many clients in many industries. For the project I am currently working on the main goals are to simplify the buying process and to digitize payments. It will be used across the entire organization.

We are an SAP implementation partner not a customer.
Guided Buying is very intuitive and easy to use. Strategic sourcing modules are a little less so and require more training & support before adoption is second nature
Overall good but sometimes there are inconsistencies between the level of expertise of service desk operatives

It has great user interfaces for Buying modules and lots of innovation has gone into these recently. The Strategic sourcing modules are now looking a bit dated and are more complex to use; the platform is quite dated now and has a few bugs. The Ariba Network now has good coverage but some suppliers still resist paying the fees.
