Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My team made a few proof-of-concept projects with SAP Build. What we found was the app was able to help streamline some of the project creation process, however, we also found that SAP Build would be more beneficial for simpler apps and not able to meet the needs we have for the company. We don't believe we will be moving forward with SAP Build in favor of other sap business solutions.

In my experience, compared to coding everything from scratch, SAP Build makes it more accessible for someone with low code to get an app running. It guides the user on how to create the app

I think it would be more helpful when the apps are simpler and you don't expect it to grow in complexity. It is also easier for someone with less coding experience to create since it uses a lot of no code, drag and drop ui creation. I don't think it is worth learning for someone who is already experienced in other sap technologies.
