Usability

Integration into the SAP ecosystems is well developed, especially by using the SAP Integration Suite tool chain. With that approach the extensions can be developed easily on CF by using the integration capabilities of integration suite. Overall project runtime is decreasing for complex integration projects into the ECC backend systems. Moreover, SAP is pre-delivering many standard content that can be used by the customer.

Good experience in case of problems via SAP support portal tickets. Always pro-active questions from the SAP support to solve together the problems.
