Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP BTP platform is being used primarily as an integration platform. As we transition to S/4HANA we plan to use it extensively to manage all our communication. Build automation, using IRPS. Build applications for Data Analytics

Usability

We are still scratching the surface of BTP capabilities and we are excited about it. Lot to learn but promise is great

Support Rating

No used support too much, but there is not enough relevant Business cases that we are able to find. We are still looking answers for many questions. There is no proactive consulting, it is still reactive support
