Mostly for new implementations and to adapt clean core strategy we recommend it to all the customers. With BTP its so much easy to have a clean error free stable central system and number of services make it really easy to use them for different purposes.

There are multiple application and services available that can be subscribed to in BTP and all of them cover a wide range of areas right from finance to development its useful for both technical and business users and its easy to use web interface which require no additional software installations.

Support Rating

There are few products like business application studio and workzone standard which see more adaption from customer point of view and we see support is better for them. THere are some other products like workzone advanced and datasphere where customer support specially technical support is not upto the mark. so its a average rating.

It is well suited for cases where customer is new to SAP or also when customer is moving from on prem to cloud solution both greenfield and brownfield migration customer can use BTP. Generally for highly customized on prem invironment its really difficult to integrate multiple apps with BTP so its not that useful
