Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

Create reports for our clients, which go into our Business Intelligence tool, from which we create dashboards. The reports range the entire contingent lifecycle from requisition/job posting reports to invoice reports. There are custom fields that we leverage as well.
  • Almost all fields are reportable.
  • Robust reporting experience.
  • Reporting processing time.
  • Calculated fields have regressed over time, room to grow here.
  • Positive for getting the data I need out of the tool to build dashboards.
We have a lot of customers that leverage the tool through custom fields to meet their business needs. The most customizable VMS that I've worked with.
There is a bit of a learning curve for new users in Fieldglass, which takes them time to familiarize themselves with the tool. Client and end users do struggle to understand how to build reports, which leads to some hand-holding.
Very well. Fieldglass offers a much better product with more robust reporting solutions compared to the competition.

For the analytic-type roles, the software is the best in class compared to other VMS systems. The reporting tool allows you to get whatever data out of the system you need.
