Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
It streamlines various internal and external applications integration for us. There are a couple of functions which are supported by its readymade connectors and APIs
- Integration between in house and external applications
- Ability to use readymade connectors
- Provides great DevOps capabilities and support
- AI could be embraced more and simplified usage while building apps
- Embracing newer and global development suite rather than over reliance on its niche development language skillls
- 3rd Party apps integration can be improvised
- It has made integration between unrelated apps easier
- Ability to use ready made connectors is one of the best in the marketplace
- Im sure it has saved a lot of pain/funds in maintaining hundreds of applications had they been working in isolation
Yes and the fact that SAP maintains the predefined integrations themselves, is a great support.
The humongous amount of data existing in our databases was sort of worthless and prone to manual interpretation to make sense out of it. However, with auto generated insights from this huge data, we have been able to improvise various processes which has in turn helped in user satisfaction with efficient service management and better reporting capabilities
