Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Processes are new compared to ECC, sometimes similar but still quite different in usage. Customers need to get used to new Fiori interface. Even pdf display/download works differently in chrome browser
- overview of users and jobs they have running
- license management
- navigation to other apps
- how catalogs are composed and cannot be adjusted
- need to display pdf, not download
- shorter implementation time than Private Cloud or On-Prem
Having experience with ECC, S/4HANA On-Prem / Private Cloud and Public Cloud would make me support the decision to implement the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud over the other options.
