Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad
I use Scratchpad to take notes on my opportunities as well as to quickly and easily update many types of records such as opportunities and accounts in Salesforce without having to wait for extensive loading times. I sync my Scratchpad notes into Salesforce so that others using Salesforce can easily access my notes and theoretically collaborate with me on the same opportunity with their own notes. I also use Scratchpad to search for records I need to refer to while on any page using the command + J shortcut.

- Easy for taking notes and organizing.
- Great way to quickly search for any record from any page.
- Would love for Scratchpad to integrate with CPQ.
- Would like integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
- Scratchpad has had a positive ROI on my ability to update pipeline quickly.
- Scratchpad has ultimately affected the ability for me to keep an accurate forecast.
- Scratchpad has helped my team stay coordinated and present accurate numbers to Leadership.
I selected Scratchpad because the depth of integration within Salesforce is very useful; I don't have to use a separate application than what I'm already using, Scratchpad is imbued within my Chrome and SFDC instances. Their free capabilities don't block you from viewing notes older than 30 days old, and their Customer Success specialist Joey that helped me was absolutely amazing.
