Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Our service desk team uses ScreenConnect to support all our users with phone management software.
  • Provide quick and easy access to remote PCs
  • ScreenConnect can gain access to machines that other remote software companies struggle with
  • ScreenConnect makes it easy to review the state of PCs we work on
  • Management of old stale connections and alarms for these
  • Increased efficiency for our support team
  • Very quick access to support our machines and customers
We used to use Logmein and we decided to switch because logmein was not installing on all machines and was much slower.
ScreenConnect helps for permanent connections and ad-hoc connections to support our customers.
