Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso to thank users for participating in events or exclusive roundtables. We also use it internally on special occasions like employee birthdays or to celebrate major wins.
  • Sendoso offers such an extensive array of offerings; we love the variety! There's something perfect for any occasion or reason.
  • The interface is user-friendly with clear navigation and help/contextual content.
  • The personalized offerings add a particularly special touch to whatever we send.
  • I could really do without all the popups within the application.
  • Navigation isn't always completely intuitive.
  • Unfortunately, we have not yet seen high ROI, but we continue to test it out in different scenarios.
