I've been using this tool for several months and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our support contact has been a joy to work with and extremely helpful as we learnt how to use their platform successfully. It's been incredible to witness this team's dedication to their product and clients as they transitioned from an early test to a public launch. I'm also a big fan of the UX: simple and effective. I fully recommend it.
