Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are currently using sharpspring to manage adwords, analytics, and email marketing for website visitors. In addition, we are a reseller of sharpspring automation software for clients in need of a marketing automation strategy.

Pros

  • Email marketing to existing clients
  • Email automation for website prospects
  • Call tracking: We use call tracking to ensure leads are coming from website
  • We like the easy to use built in CRM

Cons

  • I would like to see a social media content management system with tracking analytics
  • By having sharpspring automation software, it closes the gap between VSF Marketing and our competitors
Sharpspring does everything we need it to do. There are no extra costs for seats ( license ) and we get to have unlimited contacts for each sharpspring instance.
Sharpspring is well suited for companies looking to drive leads from [their] website and other online channels. In addition, the CRM features are robust and easy to use.
