Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
Michigan Creative uses SharpSpring primarily as a tool to nurture clients once they have filled out a form on our website. We have various forms on our website to help place leads in their respective sales funnel (web, video, marketing, graphic design, etc.). We have also created drip campaigns to help better inform clients regarding who we are as an agency as well as the ins and outs of the services we provide.
Pros
- Anytime that a member of the Michigan Creative team hits a roadblock while navigating SharpSpring we either use the member portal, help option with adjoining videos, or reach out to SharpSpring via a work ticket to resolve the issue along with any questions.
- The newsletter builder helps us create an easily editable template which allows us to keep our clients up to date on the latest happenings at Michigan Creative.
- Me being a numbers guy I love the analytics feature. I particularly enjoy reviewing our website analytics.
Cons
- Beta versions of certain features have been a little frustrating in the past. One particular instance was when the landing page builder had launched in beta version and I was having a very difficult time with the lack of features.
- On a few occasions I had the autosave option turned on, created a form/landing page/email, had to exit the program for whatever reason, and later returned to find my work had disappeared.
- I don't find the blog builder to be very necessary. When businesses typically post a blog, it's through a site like wordpress where a blog builder is already available.
- The CRM helps our team keep track of leads as well as helping us avoid reaching our to a lead more than once for the initial contact.
- While we don't use it as much as we should, the opprotunities won feature would provide valuable ROI regarding clients won through SharpSpring.
- AdWords integration helps us keep tracking for that inhouse with SharpSpring.
SharpSpring offers so much more that a CRM system. With Michigan Creative being a marketing agency, it's important that we show the ability to market ourselves, like we do with SharpSpring, so that our clients are able to see that we can say, "hey, we market ourselves well."
