We use SharpSpring within our organization to track our leads' activity on our website and through the sales funnel, identify areas where we can possibly accelerate the buyers journey for our leads, assign lead scoring in order to better identify prospects who are interested in working with us or learning from us, and build dynamic landing pages and microsites for a more fulfilling and customized user experience. We've also deployed SharpSpring for three of our clients.

- There's really nothing that I would recommend improvement on. They have great live support that so far has always been available, they continuously update their documentation -- it's all very current, which I love and rarely see in other companies.
