Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring with all but one of our clients. Our clients love the marketing automation and useful ROI reporting.

Pros

  • Directed marketing drip email campaigns.
  • ROI reports and Sales/Marketing team activity tracking.
  • Easy to make and use landing pages.

Cons

  • Survey tool integration.
  • We have managed to move all but one of our clients over to the SharpSpring platform.
  • Clients can use the product and reports will minimal help or training.
Our agency uses SharpSpring's landing pages, drip email campaigns, and social media calendars every day and we like it.
