Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used to manage our (and our clients') inbound projects. The marketing automation is simply easy to use and effective and has really helped with our pipeline of sales prospects.
  • The 'life of lead' is particularly useful, the linear timeline works really well.
  • The CRM functionality is very useful.
  • The newly added chatbots are great.
  • None
  • A little early to say ROI at this point, we are a new user.
SharpSpring works really well for inbound campaigns we are running from blog content we are pushing out. The overview of each person who engages and the ability to see all the 'touchpoints' that contact has had is really sharpening our sales pipeline.
