Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SharpSpring is currently being used by all of my sales and marketing colleagues. The platform is helping us with marketing, generating more leads and automating processes that we normally did manually.

Pros and Cons

Support has been very good.
Resources for new users in Partner Portal are excellent.

Devoting more time to onboarding would be very helpful. There is so much to learn and sometimes I felt we went though the onboarding sessions too fast.

Return on Investment

We are early in our journey with SharpSpring but I see tremendous potential for a meaningful ROI.
