Overall Satisfaction with Shift

I liked how it made my work much more efficient and organized. There are a lot of apps that I use daily for work and it made switching back and forth so much easier. It improved my time management. I can never go back to using any other web browsers.
  • Have all email accounts in one setting
  • Prevents distractions
  • Quick to answer any questions I have
  • Integrated all my favorite apps in one setting
  • It is a little buggy but the team gets it fixed right away
  • Sometimes it takes them longer to respond to my inquiries but I assume it's because they're busy
  • It can sometimes heat up my laptop
  • Improved efficiency
  • Better outcomes on customer service
  • Organized meetings

For work, I get a lot of emails and messages daily so It makes everything easier since I don't have to have multiple devices open. It improved my time management skills and made me more efficient. It prevents me from getting any distractions as well with a click of a button.
