Overall Satisfaction with Shopify

It is being used throughout the organization and throughout all departments. It handles our products, orders, online web store, sales, revenue, transactions, returns, etc. We handle three product lines within Shopify. Our marketing team has inputted products onto it, our customer service team processes the orders and transactions, and then our production team uses these transactions to fulfill the order. Returns and exchanges also take place through Shopify.
  • Shopify integrates variances very well so the customer can customize a product.
  • Shopify is an all in one source for product sales.
  • You will need to buy a ton of expensive apps if you want anything other than basic ones on Shopify.
  • Shopfiy always seems to have bugs when having multiple windows open or when using some browsers.
  • Well, extremely positive impact in comparison of not having an online store.
  • Shopify helped track ROI.
I would renew this program because this is already what we are using and it would be treacherous to change programs in the middle of sales. Also the benefits succeed the costs to using this program. There are bugs, but the overall impact is positive to our business and we definitely would renew it.
It is well suited to create an awesome, integrated and streamlined online web based product web store. It efficiently integrates variances and skus for proper sales and transactions and tracking of these sales. Products can be searched by category, sku, product name, etc. There are many different layouts and themes that can be employed in Shopify to better communicate your brand.
