Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business
It is used across the whole organization, mainly to solve two issues: - allow multiple participants in restricted meetings - making more frequent (and short) meetings, changing the concept of "meeting" to "communication among colleagues.

- allowing more frequent and short meetings has a positive impact
- obvious traveling savings
- better file sharing tools would be beneficial
Webex is a more robust solution, but more expensive. Google hangout is a simple way to communicate, quite informal.
