Overall Satisfaction with SkySlope

I suggest you do not use them as a brokerage for your agents. In my experience, the system is very difficult to use. The checklist items they use are CA based, but, in my experience, they tell you the checklists are for your state. We have not been able to use our accounts since 9/26/23 in the full intended and promised service use. We have had to use other methods. In our experience, when we requested to cancel under our right for breach of contract (failure to provide service as it is intended and paid for use) they argued and fought us. We revoked their right to use our cards until a resolution was found - but, in my opinion, they don't care they'll do whatever they want. In my opinion, they do not seek to find resolutions if a dispute is brought to their attention. I think they'd rather ignore the dispute. In my opinion, customer support is non-existent unless you are adding on more services and giving them more money. In my opinion, they do not setup your accounts properly from day one and do not care to. We were told we were getting into a monthly agreement with the right to cancel with a term of up to 12-months. In our experience, they ended up messing up our entire contract. An ambassador tried to tell me an effective date - as outlined in our contract - was not actually an effective date. She tried to tell us the effective date was just when we signed and then the contract started on a random subscription licensing date she picked off the form - which that date was also incorrect - subscription and licensing also started on the "effective date of 9-26-23" as per the contract, but I believe she seems to think effective date means nothing. I am very aware that it is common contract knowledge that an effective date is a start date for a contract... We won't be using them again and will advise others to stay away from them. I think they are mediocre at best - customer support is slim to none. In my opinion, the ambassadors try to save the company a dollar but end up costing them thousands. We were intending to continue to use their TC services after we canceled the SkySlope and books services, but after the ambassador showed us they didn't actually care for us, our needs, our service, and, in my opinion, lied about the effective date not being the effective date - we won't be using them at all.
  • In our experience, we can't use the system at all as it is overcomplicated
  • In our experience, our accounts were never setup correctly from day 1
  • In my opinion, waste of energy, time, and money.
