Overall Satisfaction with Snow License Manager

Easy to collect information from VMware, O365, SCCM , AD etc.
We use Snow License Manager for compliancy check on software licenses. Snow License Manager is also used by the IT engineers for information about the usage of software product with the hospital. Snow License Manager give us a " live" view of al servers and clients useds within the hospital, thsi information is used in IT asset management and lifecycle of the hardware items.

  • Very usefull reports
  • Easy to extend the data from external sources
  • Keeping screen layout, colums selection on user account base.
  • Better hardware reports of the devices, like monitor uses
  • Putting more information (manual import) on not inventoried devices
  • License monitoring
  • Software Uses
  • CMDB for hardware items
  • Not monitored, is not of any importance at this point. Be in control is key.
There a lot of settings on the agent and server, alse is not everything well documented for users.

There is more than enough information and easy filtering foor IT engineers to get there information. When we will know if a particular software item is used or not, Snow License Manager gives the answer, so we can often cleanout applications.
