Overall Satisfaction with Social Solutions ETO

The program allows cloud based sharing of participant information and notes across several agencies. This allows the problem solving of having clients double dip into the funding stream from several agencies. It makes the process easy to tell a client who they last spoke with and the status of their assistance.
  • It allows for multiple users to access one document with one at a time update and changes.
  • Provides a quick snapshot of current activity on a client.
  • Allows for you to assign a caseload to users.
  • The process of allowing you to click a next button to get to the next document.
  • The process to allow a picture to be upload for the clients file picture. SO you will know if you have the correct client.
  • Whatever is uploaded be available in one location dated for accurate use.
  • Negative impact when the system is down for whatever reason and all the notes for a client is not accessible.
  • Positive that we can cross reference a client with their name, SSN, DOB in one system across many facets.
  • That items that are incorrectly added can be removed with ease in the HELP department.

I have not used any other platform to be able to make an accurate evaluation of Social Solutions ETO from another. I would gather that since the VA and other big agencies are using this platform should speak for the relevance of the product that you provide. This application is used by over 50+ agencies.
There was a client new to our office and was way too familiar with the program's process. Once we had that client complete some initial forms to check our system, he came up currently active at another facility and receiving services from that agency. That is double dipping in our service term, all because he wants someone else to take care of his bills. The client was provided information on the spot of who he is currently working with and the last time they spoke. The client apologized stating that he thought we did other services. We knew better.
