Overall Satisfaction with Socio

Normally our company hosts a huge annual event to network with our existing customers, new customers, and people from all over the world to learn about our product, for our customers to share the projects they're working on using our product, to collaborate with universities and instructors and students. We needed to host virtually this year due to the pandemic, and Socio was a great fit.

I was not the one who decided to use Socio but we have used another provider last year which was no where near as good. I am not sure who it was, I'm sorry!

Socio was perfect for what we needed. We have companies from all over the world join our networking event and we needed something easy to use for everyone. The live presentations, Q&A and chatrooms were great! The only thing Socio couldn't do was live face-to-face networking only because this is purely virtual. It's a changing world and this will be the new normal most likely, but if there was a way to encourage attendees to talk more in the networking areas that would be great!
