Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Pingdom

We use Pingdom to monitor our websites and services. It has been very useful and informative when things go wrong. The messages and emails are reliable when one of our services goes down. I highly recommend Pingdom as they seem to be the industry standard in services and uptime monitoring.

They have good customer support when you need them. Their tools are simple enough that you may never need to contact or call them. If you need them, there is a contact us button or email them if needed. They are also responsive to newsletters and other notification methods. In addition, they have a social media presence.

SolarWind Pingdom seems to have the experience and expertise at monitoring websites and services uptime. I have been using it for 7 years without issues. I would like to use it more often and not just for these panic attacks moment when I get a message that something is wrong
