Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use Spiff to track our commissions. We had no easy way of doing this before and Spiff has been the answer to our to this problem. I use Spiff daily to see where I am at with my earnings for the month. Nice to be able to check on it. Finance no longer has to go back and forth with sales!

- Saves sales reps time
- More functionality into future commissions. Those numbers are never usually correct but I'm sure they can be fixed
- The chance to go to sales deals in Salesforce directly from Spiff
- Predict futures commissions based on deals in a certain stage in Salesforce
- Saves our sales and finance dept a ton of time. I'm not sure how much but I know it relieves stress!
- Increased commission transparency
- Sales reps are able to see how much they are making, leads to higher numbers.
I don't have commission conversations with my manager anymore. Spiff gets the job done
Not as user friendly. Cost more. No customer service
