Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We used it to track commission payouts for sales reps. It was a useful way for us to have this automated rather than having a member of Revenue Ops manually go through each sales reps' commission statements and generate them via a spreadsheet.
  • Limited functionality
  • Saved multiple hours each month from one of our Revenue Operations team members.
  • Built trust that our commissions are up-to-date through live integrations with Salesforce.
Was able to learn how to use the software without any training.
Before Spiff, we wouldn't know what our commission payouts would be until payday, now we can actively see that at anytime.
We actually chose to move away from Spiff for Tableau due to software consolidation.

It's a great tool for tracking commissions, but that was all that we used it for. We also moved away from them as our Revenue Ops team found a way to do what Spiff does through another software that we already use.
