Overall Satisfaction with Teamcenter

It has been used in global development sites. Until now, development has been carried out at each site, but in order to develop in a global collaboration, information must be centrally managed.
  • Stability: Less than 1 hour of continuous downtime for 6 years
  • A function that can manage multiple CAD data and divert the data
  • Search speed is slow.
  • Data management cost is 1/3
We compared Teamcenter and Enovia 3 DEXPERIENCE by building an evaluation environment. As a result, we concluded that Teamcenter has excellent stability and there are few troubles even if it is introduced. However, this evaluation is 6 years ago.

Using Teamcenter

50 - We belong to the R & D department and provide various information to related departments through product development.This various information is uploaded to Teamcenter and provided to each department as accurate information, making it an indispensable tool for smooth business promotion.
1 - We are operated by one in-house support member, but we have not experienced any business suspension due to trouble. The reason is that Teamcenter's server is on the cloud, and when a problem occurs, the problem will be solved with the support of the IT vendor.The contents of internal support are user management, license management and defect handling. Basically, the defect pattern is fixed, and if you have the skills to manage Windows Server, there is no operational problem.

Teamcenter is a very stable and reliable system. Also, it is compatible with various CAD systems, so there is no worry in the future.

Teamcenter Support

I've run into bugs several times in the past, and the issue has been resolved through an IT vendor. There are no issues currently on hold.
