Overall Satisfaction with Teamwork

Teamwork Project Manager is currently being used by every employee at my organization. I love it because it helps us stay organized amongst the mess of over 90 clients. We keep notebooks, create tasks, attach files and generally keep the chaos at bay with help from Teamwork's various organizing capabilities.

Pros

  • Project-based task management
  • Organizing monthly and daily project agendas
  • Coordinating communication between team members

Cons

  • Email notifications are sometimes inconsistent
  • Organizing project details so little to no mistakes are made
  • Better communication amongst teammates
  • Creating big picture goals across accounts
Teamwork Project Manager is well suited for agencies with a lot of clients and moving parts. I don't think it would do as well for a single brand or organization.
