Overall Satisfaction with TELUS InternationalQA & Testing Services

I've been contacted directly by TELUS InternationalQA & Testing Services representatives to participate in various testing scenarios. Some of the studies include AI, voice, online mystery shopping, English command speech collection, and video participation. While the email sender looked legitimate, I was still very hesitant to participate in any studies conducted outside of the United States. I'm not saying it's not legitimate, but I'm just cautious and I was also involved in other time-consuming duties (hence, unable to participate in the studies).
  • Contacting potential participants directly.
  • Clearly listing all instructions of testing.
  • Leaving contact information in email signature lines.
  • TELUS InternationalQA & Testing Services could do a better job of answering questions.
  • Provide more assurace that data collection is safe and protected.
  • Do a better job of not coming across as a scam opportunity.

TELUS InternationalQA & Testing Services is suitable for individuals who are not overly concerned about their privacy and have spare time to participate in their various projects. Whether it's mystery shopping, English command speech collection, social media evaluation, or a related project, there is an opportunity to make extra income if you are selected. TELUS InternationalQA & Testing Services is not well suited for individuals who are very busy, respect their privacy, and are cautious about engaging in any job outside of the United States (for individuals such as me).
