Overall Satisfaction with Tempus Central

We primarily use Tempus Central for Attendance Management purposes. Our company has a few tricky attendance policies which required a competent system that can automate them. We had 2 options, either custom-develop it, which would cost us way too much to outsource. Or use standard software. Tempus Central, being a Cloud-Based subscription software meant we had to invest little and because it is extremely flexible, it takes care of all our peculiar attendance policies. Hence, we are happy to use this software.

  • It integrates well with the Biometric Devices, HRMS and Payroll system
  • I would like to see a few more analytics in the software

We selected Tempus Central for its flexibility and amount of policy setups we could do. Our complex requirements especially Night Shift management were not available with the most readily available HRMS. Hence, we move forward with Attendance Management first and maybe then we will move towards implementing an HRMS on our premises.

If you are a manufacturing company, managing a few hundred blue-collar workers, you definitely need Tempus Central. This is the cheapest option we found so far, with all the required features. If you are a small company with fairly simple attendance policy settings and not many shifts, you can avoid using Tempus Central.
