Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

It allows us cascade messages to the right audience

It is very hand when it comes to deliver messages. It has been helpful time and time again when sending emergency messages and important notifications. We have seen a way higher interaction and response rate when using the automated text system. It has been easy to navigate and work through.
We have not used Text-Em-All to help with filling jobs or shifts. We have used the system to communicate when shift changes are open and available to change.
I haven't used any other similar software to Text-Em-All

When there is an emergency message that needs to be communicated such as weather, traffic etc it allows us to get the message to associates quickly especially since are audience is more likely to check their text messages opposed to their emails. It also come in handy when we communicate site closures.
