Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO BusinessWorks

Used in my department only and it's used as the main integration service bus between all the channels and backends.

  • Easy to learn
  • I think BusinessWorks 5 IDE miss some core functions that exist in any IDE like "Undo","Redo"
  • Enhancing the RV protocol which is may cause RV storm
  • We really need a trusted automated migration tool from BusinessWorks 5 to BusinessWorks 6
  • The productivity of TIBCO BusinessWorks

Yes development using TIBCO BusinessWorks is very fast and that makes the time to market also very fast. Zero down time is also a wonderful thing.
The power of TIBCO BusinessWorks is the ease of development so compared to the other integration products TIBCO BusinessWorks is the very simple and productive one.
The test feature is very good but I think it's missing some testing core features which is covered already in TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.

In a small or medium company, using an expensive product like TIBCO BusinessWorks is not the correct decision. I think it's more appropriate in the large companies.
