Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

Our customers submit bills to Tipalti. We use it to track and pay bills. It is very easy for our customers to create an account and very easy to manage on our side.
  • Customers can view submitted invoices and their status
  • We can easily track what has been paid and what needs to be paid
  • We can easily select a batch of invoices to pay, the customer has already said what method they want to be paid (ACH/Wire/Check), Tipalti handles each companies preferences.
  • It would be nice to customize a home screen so I see what I want to when I log in without several clicks
  • Customizable filters for quick information
  • Paying bills is quick and simple
  • It is very easy for our customers to get set-up -- we don't want it to be difficult for them!
  • Tipalti was in place when I started working here, it was easy to learn

Tipalti makes managing receiving and paying bills efficient and easy. We have customers that use different payment portals and many of them are very difficult to set-up an account with and not user friendly once you have an account. Tipalti is very user friendly.
