Overall Satisfaction with Triblio
Triblio is used to drive digital account-based marketing initiatives within our organization. Marketing manages and administers the platform and we coordinate with sales on execution. Sales consumes reports on digital activity within their target accounts.
- Easy to use - the homepage personalization allows you to fine-tune the homepage for specific industries, companies and user profiles in a snap.
- Their customer success is top-notch. They work hand-in-hand to help you accomplish your objectives on the platform.
- We've had some early success with Triblio digital ad targeting - impression/click/land ratios. We may deserve some credit for the creation of the effective ads, but they're doing something right.
- The platform is maturing. We've encountered a few small hiccups with the technology and there are certain features that are more than just nice-to-have, that are missing from the platform. That being said, the roadmap is robust and it seems to be evolving quickly with customer demands.
- We've seen some good vanity metrics - site traffic and leads - from the Triblio initiatives, but have yet to see our efforts convert to closed business. We obviously take some accountability for this.
- The website personalization can really be used in some creative ways to heavily promote key activities and assets (e.g. pop-up for every homepage visitor) - we've used this to drive a lot of site visitors to a free trial.
