Overall Satisfaction with TruCentive

We use TruCentive to distribute our year-end holiday gift card reward to our 180+ off-site employees. TruCentive helps us design how we want our gift card emails to look and then make the distribution and delivery process easy to set up and manage. We've used TruCentive for this project for 2 years running now and have enjoyed using it each time.

TruCentive is well suited for when you wish to send gift cards to large amounts of people quickly, whether it is for a gift or a reward for completing an action. One of the main reasons why our company uses TruCentive is that there is a claiming system in place where the recipients have to claim their gift card in the appropriate amount of time or else the budget set for the gift cards returns to our company. That helps eliminate inefficient use of funds.
