Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We are evaluating our existing technology and with more remote work we wanted better visibility to what is haloing on our endpoints. We looked at McAfee and Cloud Flare.
We wanted better customer service and more advanced features as well as better Ransomeware detection. Myself and another person were involved in the decision. We had a free trial and the product worked so well for us we decided to purchase it.

I like the structure of the reviews and I know that the customers writing the reviews are providing their honest feedback about the products in question.
They are helpful but I much prefer actual customer testimonials.
Reviews, possibly getting a free trial or a demo. Reading other customer’s experiences with the product and similar products.
