Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
Currently, we use the TrustRadius platform to drive a fresh set and higher volume of relevant reviews from happy customers. The results are aggregated for an internal sharing site for our field to use for deal support.
- Really excellent customer success team
- Ability to shape questions that differentiate Qlik offerings
- Ability to see what large companies are researching Qlik offerings
- The interface is clunky and not intuitive in places
- To really leverage the tool, you have to involve Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, etc. - and doing that, there needs to be a lot of resources to help vendors. There aren't enough examples.
- Lack of examples of how large customers are leveraging TrustRadius externally.
- I'm unable to quantify ROI at this point.

More reviews = good but quality of content and total score (as compared to other vendors) is more important.
Impact is unknown still - because of aforementioned lack of participation/buy-in from other organizations.
