Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

Customer reviews are critical for any SaaS business, not only in getting continuous feedback on how customers are using your platform but also to validate to prospects the value of your product.
  • Their customer success team knows our business and is very proactive.
  • They are continuously adding to their offerings.
  • We appreciate the level of detail we are able to see from the customer questions.
  • Really, no cons.
  • Critical for any SaaS company.
  • Reviews give us continuous feedback on our product.
  • Most effective initial outreach by sales team.
The reviews have proven to be extremely honest and actionable. Use Cases, Pros, and Cons sections allow us to have a consistent and ongoing feedback stream.
We have not used Custom Questions yet.
We have found TrustRadius to have a much broader reach than Capterra. TrustRadius is also very strong in the Customer Success market.
Having a 3rd party resource for people to compare your product against others and see where you stack up is important and a great tool for sales and marketing teams.
