Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

Tsheets is being used by the entire company. It helps address the accuracy of time tracking and the efficiency of obtaining time cards at the end of the pay period.
  • The integration with QuickBooks is great. Specifically the employee information, service items, and customer information.
  • The many options for 'permissions' is extremely helpful and provides nice flexibility to any company's needs.
  • The customer service is phenomenal!
  • The GPS tracking is a great feature as well.
  • One function that I have not seen yet is the ability to assign workers comp codes to the various 'service' items. One employee could be working in 4 different area or services. Each service then has a different workers comp code with a different premium rate that is calculated by the hours worked per employee. For construction companies, this would be a nice "add-on" feature.
  • It's too early to tell, but I am anticipating great things.
  • TimeSheets
TSheets is more robust in its offerings. It also has a better integration with QuickBooks.
I believe Tsheets is well suited for field employees or mobile employees who can directly bill their time to specific projects. It might be less necessary for office workers who sit at the same desk every day with the same schedule and are considered "overhead" employees.

Sal spent almost 2 hours with me on the phone to make sure the company was set up correctly and to meet all of our business needs. Also, Amanda helped me with a sync issue with QuickBooks. She even postponed a meeting to finish helping me with my problem, she was great.
