Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
It's being used to track all departments of our employees' time including per diem and reimbursements. By allowing the employees to complete their work hours on a mobile app, it takes away the paper format of standard time clock entry errors and creates great tools to tracking trends.
Pros
- The mobile app is very user friendly.
- It works on many phone platforms. IOS, Android and etc.
- Offers an array of reports to provide employee trends.
Cons
- We have been working with them for over a year attempting to successfully upload TSheets paydata to ADP.
- The IT customer service takes weeks to respond and solve an issue.
- Very hard to speak with the same customer service representative that's working on the particular case file.
- Their phone app is very user friendly.
- If you need to change or update the app specific for your companies needs be prepared to have patience with them to figure it out.
- The IT turn times are the most needed area for them to improve on, since it directly affects our payroll.
I unfortunately do not have experience with other employee timekeeping systems.
